We are currently looking at our website and will be making a few “tweaks” over the coming week.

In a fast moving world of work, ESSENTIAL VA understand the importance of being able to get responses to queries and questions as soon as possible.  We are therefore very excited to announce that we will be adding a LIVE CHAT option to our website.

Got any questions about our services? Need more details? If you know me, you’ll know how excited I get about new gadgets! Usually mobile phones…but this time its an office desktop phone…

However, its pretty cool from what I’ve worked out so far!

Even if you can’t get to us, you can now talk to us face to face with our new ip video phone! (we will have to make sure we banish bad hair days now!)

We also have a dedicated dictation line! Need a letter typed? Or an email? Give us a call and dictate the information to us! We can then email or fax it back to you or send it out on your bahalf to its required destination!

We can even get involved via conference calls to take minutes of your meetings or important business calls.
